The main objective of the e-learning course “Doing Business in the Countries of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA)” taught by EENI (Business School) and the Hispano-African University of International Business, is to provide an overview of the economy of the Markets of the EFTA (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland) and the business opportunities in the region.

  1. To learn to do business in Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland
  2. To analyse the business opportunities in the EFTA region
  3. To know how to negotiate in the Markets of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA)
  4. To understand the importance of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) and the scope of EFTA's free trade agreements (FTA)
  5. To understand the importance of the European Economic Area formed by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway with the countries of the European Union
  6. To analyse the foreign trade and foreign direct investment (FDI) in the EFTA region
  7. To design a business plan for the EFTA States
