Description of the Subject: Kazuo Inamori (Japanese Businessman).

The founder of Kyocera and former Director of Japan Airlines, PhD Kazuo Inamori was born in Kagoshima (Japan) in 1932. Currently; Inamori is also the President Emeritus of these companies and a Buddhist monk.

In the following sentence of Inamori; we find a Buddhist influence:

No need to be isolated from the world to find enlightenment, you should find in your work. The financial aspects of the work are very few when compared to the actual capacity that it has to increase the value of your soul.” Kazuo Inamori

One of the most extraordinary features of PhD Inamori is his strong belief in Buddhism and the application of the Buddhist ethical principles in business management. Many of his views are based on the Buddhist principles like Karma.
